Letter of Intent
The following information is required for submitting a letter of intent to our foundation. These letters should be submitted through the How to Apply Page on our website. Should you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Please include the following information in a letter format not to exceed two pages.
- Please tell us who you are, what you do and how long you have been doing this type of work. Include a copy of your IRS Determination Letter (501(c)3 status) if not previously provided.
- Describe your proposed request. Please include purpose, target population, timeline, goals and a brief description of how you will evaluate the project, as well as any other partners.
- Give an estimate of the total funds needed to implement the proposed request, include the amount to be requested from the Daniel Foundation and any other sources of funding for this project.
- Attach to your two page letter a list of board members.
Please conserve your resources and do not submit additional materials with the letter of intent.
